We began building work onsite in June 2020 and though this was a tough period for everybody, we were able to complete the project by the end of January 2021. A recent valuation by an RICS surveyor put the value of this property at £300,000 giving us a 25% ROI after all costs. We decided to add this property to our portfolio for a yield of 5% pa.
